We are located in downtown Salt Lake City in the central business district, just minutes from City Creek Center, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and the Capitol Theater where you can see shows and ballet performances. There are many restaurants and hotels within walking distance. Our building is considered a great turn-of-the-century structure with modern features. There is a restaurant in the building called Lamb’s Cafe, which happens to be the oldest operating restaurant in Utah.

Enjoy working in a historical building when you rent our office spaces. The Herald Building was built in 1905 and renovated in 1985. Since that time, it has been converted from a hotel to office space. The building itself has more than 26,000 square feet, with four floors at 5,500 square feet each and a basement office space totaling 2,000 square feet.
Our building is equipped with all modern-day features, including keycard access, elevators, and stairs. We are connected to a parking terrace on the back of the building, which provides tenants stress-free parking options. Each floor is available for a business to rent for three- to five-year leases with deposit. With your lease, you receive a full, turnkey service including cleaning and utility payments.
